The HVAC Engineer operates and maintains all mechanical equipment and related systems to provide adequate utilities such as heat and power for refrigeration, air conditioning, and other services for McGregor Square. This position requires extensive engineering and maintenance skills and the desire to problem-solve, work effectively with vendors, residents, and management, and maintain the overall excellence of all common area equipment and systems.
