Employee Relations: Identify potential employment related issues and promptly inform the Sr. Director of Human Resources. Conduct thorough investigations as needed. These issues include but are not limited to the following:
Attendance
Payroll
Time Punch Entry
Work-related injuries
Conflicts of interest
Harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence
Performance
Policy Violations
Other employee concerns
In conjunction with the Senior Director of Human Resources, administer corrective actions for Ford Ice Center staff, and, where applicable, process terminations for staff, which includes but is not limited to completing necessary paperwork, gathering documentation, and updating internal records.
