Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Swim Coach to lead and inspire our group of coaches, talented swimmers, helping them achieve their full potential at state and national levels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of competitive swimming, a track record of coaching success, and a passion for athlete development.

The Role:

As well as Mentone Aquatic, the role also includes as Head Coach of Bayside Swimming Club which is a top 10 Victorian Swimming Club.  The role also includes duties associated with Mentone Grammar Swim Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive training program that aligns with individual and team goals.
• Provide technical instruction and feedback to improve swimmer performance and technique.
• Set performance targets for swimmers and create individualised training plans.
• Lead and supervise assistant coaches to ensure a cohesive coaching approach across all training sessions.
