We are seeking to appoint a Head Coach with responsibility for our and the Bialik College squad programs. This is a full-time, senior role and an exciting opportunity to shape the growth and future direction of this aspect of our business.

The Head Coach will:

• Be an energetic, enthusiastic, inspiring and experienced swim coach with an interest in being involved with squad swimmers at all levels of performance – from emerging through to high performance
• Be passionate about creating pathways for swimmers and developing them to their full potential
• Have excellent relationship skills
• Be a highly effective leader and communicator, providing support and mentorship to our assistant coaches
• Have up-to-date technical capabilities and knowledge of swimming best practices at both the LTS and squad levels
• Be a team player, willingly  supporting other members of our team and contributing to the overall success of our programs
