Swim Conwy in North Wales is seeking a proactive and dynamic Head Performance Coach to develop and lead a comprehensive swimming programme. The ideal candidate will be collaborative and supportive, with the ability to prepare our young athletes for competition at the highest level.

Qualifications:  Senior Swimming Coach Certificate/Level 3 Coaching Award (or working towards this - see below)
