Grand Slam Track is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Revenue to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive commercial strategy that maximizes revenue streams while unlocking new, innovative avenues for growth across sponsorship, media sales, licensing, and merchandise. This role goes beyond traditional sales and business development, requiring a forward-thinking approach to managing and scaling revenue channels. The successful candidate will be both a strategic architect and an operational leader, capable of elevating Grand Slam Track’s market presence and profitability across global markets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy across sponsorships, media sales, broadcast sales, licensing, and merchandise, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.
  • Revenue Management: Oversee and optimize multiple revenue streams, driving growth and profitability across all commercial channels, including media and broadcast rights, sponsorship, licensing, and merchandise sales.
