It is primarily a leadership role that seeks to gather a community of practice towards success - success that will see medals at major competitions, including the Olympic Games, and be won as an intended consequence of our Collective Accountability approach that is people-centred, performance-focused and empowering for coaches, gymnasts and support staff alike.

This role is critical to our World-Class Programme (WCP) plan that aims to deliver success in Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032 and beyond and has been created with reference to the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) Professional Standard for Coaching in High-Performance Environments.
