Trojan Swimming Club based in south Dublin is looking for a Head Coach to join our team. As Head Coach, you will play a crucial role in the strategic development and performance of our swimmers and coaching staff

Founded in 1976, Trojan Swimming Club has been dedicated to coaching thousands of young swimmers in south Dublin. Our legacy is rich with achievements, including being named "Club of the Year" at the 2024 Swim Ireland awards. 

We proudly hold several current Irish records and have a distinguished history of international and Olympic participation. Performance swimming is our passion, and our club culture is rooted in an athlete-centred, coach-led philosophy, empowering every swimmer to reach their full potential.

Today, our Club features 8 squads and 200+ members, consistently operating at near-full capacity, making us one of the largest swimming clubs in the country. We are now seeking a Head Coach to lead the Club into our next phase of growth.

Position Overview

As the Head Coach, you will play a crucial role in the strategic development and performance of our swimmers and coaching staff. You will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs, fostering athlete development, and ensuring the overall success of the club.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of competitive swimming, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate athletes to achieve their fullest potential.
