Romford Town Swimming Club in Essex, an ambitious club with a long successful history, is looking to appoint an energetic and inspiring Head Coach to lead our coaching team, Learn to swim (LTS) teachers and the club

The successful candidate will need to have the following skills and attributes:

• Swim England Senior Swimming Coach Certificate/ASA Level 3 Award (We would consider applicants who hold a Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate/ASA Level 2 Award and have a minimum of 3 years of coaching experience and are willing to work towards Swim England Level 3 Senior Swimming Coach qualification.)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Enthusiastic and positive mindset
• Able to work lead and motivate a team
• Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills
• A high level of technical knowledge and understanding of British Swimming's Long Term Athlete Development Programme (LTAD).
• Enthusiasm, inspiration and demonstrable innovation through coaching practice
