With a strong track record of high-performance success at Olympic, World Championship and Commonwealth events, Diving Australia is looking to onboard a new ‘Head Coach and Program Director’. Reporting to the CEO, this full-time role will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the organisations High Performance Pathway Strategy to ensure repeatable, sustainable international success. 

Working collaboratively with the Senior Hub Coaches and wider coaching teams, athletes and staff, this role is integral in operationalising our strategy and delivering program success whilst fostering excellence, teamwork, collaboration and sustainability.
