Crewe Flyers Swimming Club in Cheshire is looking for an inspiring and experienced Head Coach to start from May or June 2025, due to the retirement of our current Head Coach.

As the Head Coach, you will play a crucial role in the strategic development and performance of our swimmers and coaching staff. You will be responsible for leading and developing our competitive swimming programme.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of competitive swimming, excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to inspire and motive athletes to achieve their absolute potential.
