The Group Services Coordinator is responsible for servicing group ticket buyers and assisting the group sales team with finalizing group ticket purchases and fulfilling game day group activations. The Group Services coordinator will focus on providing exceptional customer service to ensure high renewal rates each season. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

•  Serve as the main point of contact for all group ticket purchasers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from purchase to event day.
•  Coordinate the fulfillment of group fan experiences, including Baseball Buddies, National Anthem, Post-Game Photo, and other program offerings.
•  Collaborate with ticket sales representatives to confirm group sales details and ensure all client needs are met.
•  Develop detailed timelines and action plans for group events, coordinating with internal departments (operations, marketing, production, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
