British Rowing is looking for a fixed term Governance Programme Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills and experience, and help drive meaningful strategic and operational change, playing a key role in the implementation of a new governance structure at British Rowing. Responsibilities

• Lead the project management of a new governance framework, supporting the Governance and Integrity Lead in the implementation of new structures and the process in which they will operate.
• You will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the progress of key internal working groups to deliver the changes required.
• You will lead the review and drafting of British Rowing’s governing documents and policies that will underpin the changes to be made (such as the Corporate Governance Handbook and Articles of Association) to ensure they are fit for purpose and take account of relevant legal framework(s) and Code for Sports Governance requirements.
