We are currently hiring for Outside Operations Shift Captain who is responsible for ensuring all systems, checklists, standards, and service levels are completed and commensurate with the PGA of America brand.

Represent the PGA of America in the utmost professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Communicate and coordinate the operation based on the daily activity levels, events, and special programs.

Complete daily checklist(s) to ensure standards of operation remain consistent with brand.

Lead by example to ensure each member and guest receive a golf experience commensurate with the PGA of America brand.

Greet arriving member or guest positively with a friendly welcome.

Address golfers by name (Mr.) or (Mrs.) if known, and (Sir) and (Madam) if unknown.
