Eastern Suburbs District Rugby Club (ESDRUFC) is one of the premier rugby clubs in Australia, playing in the prestigious Shute Shield competition. We are looking for an ambitious, hard working, and collaborative General Manager to take the club's gameday experience, membership, sponsorship and facilities to the next level. After an exceptional 2024 season, which saw us crowned Shute Shield champions, ESDRUFC is poised for sustained on-field and off-field success.

Game Day & Events

• Drive increased game day attendance, creating an exceptional experience for families and young audiences, appealing to both rugby enthusiasts and casual visitors.
• Lead the planning and delivery of the club's 125th Anniversary Dinner in 2025, expected to host 500 guests.
• Launch an annual 7s tournament at Easts, the Sydney 7s
• Ensure all club events reflect our commitment to community engagement and operational excellence.
