Position Overview:

Baseball Queensland is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Game Development Officer to lead initiatives aimed at expanding female participation in baseball across the State. This exciting role will focus on growing and sustaining women's and girls' involvement in baseball, from grassroots to competition levels. You’ll work closely with schools, sporting organisations, and local clubs to create a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment for female athletes of all ages.
