Responsible for coaching and developing players in a selected age group within the Foundation Phase (FP u9-u11) OR the Youth Development Phase (YDP -12 -16); the postholder is an age specific specialist who ensures the best possible environment for young players.

• Planning and implementation of the coaching syllabus for the assigned age group within the Foundation/Youth Development Phase (the Programme).
• Lead and assist on coaching within both training and games.
• Plan, deliver and review coaching sessions as scheduled in line with the coaching curriculum.
• Ensure all planning and delivery is age specific and tailored to individual player needs.

To support other age groups and coaches across the Programme where required.
