The Indy Ignite are looking for upbeat individuals to provide in-game entertainment and create a positive fan experience at Fishers Event Center. In this role, you will lead crowd interaction and live promotions while greeting fans and giving out prizes. This position reports to the Marketing Director.

Firestarters will be responsible for performing cheer and tumbling routines throughout the match in order to get the crowd engaged with the match both during set breaks and as situational elements arise (i.e. big kill, stuff block, match point). Periodically, the Firestarters will perform choreographed routines during match breaks. The will be the main entertainment for fans outside of the match itself, and be charged with embodying the Ignite brand in a fun, energetic, athletic, and memorable way.
