The Hartford Yard Goats, Double-A Affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, are seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our 2025 Field Crew Positions. This position runs from April to September and would work on the game day Field Crew for the Yard Goats. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to enter into the sports industry and work on the 2024 Double-A Field of the Year.

Duties 

• Pre-game preparation
• Prepare pitching mounds, home plate area, and bullpens for games
• Drag field pre-game and in game 
• Assist in tarp pulls and tarp covers on game days and non-game days
• Field repair maintenance 
• Cleaning dugouts, bullpens and field
