The Events Coordinator will assist in the management of many items within the Events Department, including sourcing material orders, procurement of awards, overall event support, logistical coordination and on-site management of materials, shipping and receiving for Events items, assisting with state and partnered championships, as well as leading trailer and warehouse management and logistics. 
 
This position sees the planning and logistics come to life in the form of execution and implementation of events. Being able to work in a team setting, not only within the department, but across the organization allows for a high level of creativity and idea sharing.   The successful candidate will be self-motivated, creative, collaborative, thorough, and detail oriented.
