The NSW Operations Team has responsibility for the planning, coordination, management and overall delivery of AusCycling events in NSW and supports the operation of Dunc Gray Velodrome. This role aims to achieve key organisational objectives, contributing to an exceptional experience and services to members.

Position Purpose         

The Event Coordinator – NSW/ACT plays a key role in supporting clubs and private organisers in delivering their events.

The focus for the role focuses on administrative support to the delivery of events hosted by external organisers.  From time-to-time the role will also take a hands-on role in supporting the delivery of AusCycling hosting events.

Responsibilities          

Event Delivery and Support

• Support the planning and coordination of events and series as assigned.
• Support the administration of event sanctioning, including coordination of the state / territory race calendar.
• Supporting event delivery including registration and timing and results.
