Hartford Athletic is seeking a dedicated Equipment Manager to oversee all aspects of team equipment operations and maintenance. This position plays a vital role in supporting team operations and ensuring players and staff have the necessary equipment to perform at their highest level. The Equipment Manager will report directly to the Director of Soccer Operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Equipment Management:

• Manages inventory, maintenance, and distribution of all team equipment, including uniforms, training gear, and match day supplies
• Coordinates with suppliers for uniform orders, numbering, and customization
• Maintains organized equipment room and oversees daily laundry operations for team gear
