Hartford Athletic is seeking an experienced Director of Soccer Operations to oversee all aspects of soccer operations, including equipment management, team logistics, and administrative functions. This position will play a crucial role in the club's continued growth and success, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer with dotted-line responsibility to the Technical Director.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Soccer Operations Management 
Oversees and manages all aspects of soccer operations budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting 
Develops and implements standard operating procedures for all soccer operations  Manages relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers Coordinates with league officials on compliance matters and represents the club at league meetings
Supervises and manages the Team Administrator interns and equipment staff interns
