DIRECTOR OF RUGBY AND TEACHER
This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract for 5 years commencing in Term 1, 2025.
The role of the Director of Rugby is a key leadership role within the School's Rugby programme. The sucessful incumbent will mentor and guide our Rugby coaches; design, implement and deliver an annual Rugby programme; as well as provide operational leadership specific to the Schools' sporting culture.
Mandatory requirements for this role are:
- Design and implement a comphrehensive Rugby curriculum that integrates all age levels and training opportunities.
- Develop and deliver a coaching development programme for all Churchie Rugby coaches.
- Create and implement the "Churchie style of play," including coaching methodologies and training drills.
