Director, Member Safety & Organizational Compliance serve as USA Fencing’s primary administrator for all SafeSport, disciplinary and other compliance related matters. The position is responsible for communications, implementation and oversight of USA Fencing’s member safety program, administration of disciplinary issues and managing the association’s compliance activities and reporting. 

 
 This person will be the primary compliance liaison working with the US Center for SafeSport (USCSS), United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) and the association’s disciplinary panels, Ethics committee, Grievance and Disciplinary Committee, as well as overseeing audits from oversight organizations such as USCSS and USOPC. The position also acts as Secretary to the Board of Directors.
