It's an exciting time for tennis in Australia and we have ambitious plans to continue to grow the game from grassroots through to high performance. We are transforming how we deliver tennis, with the aim of making it more accessible, to more people, more often. To help us achieve our plan we are looking for a Tennis Development Officer - Southern NSW to join our team at Tennis NSW and contribute to the growth of tennis on a max-term basis until February 2026.

About the role

In this role you will drive growth in tennis participation by supporting stakeholders in the outstanding delivery of playing opportunities and development of sustainable tennis venues in their region. You will adhere to the national and state-aligned regional tennis plans and play an integral role in building sustainable pathways for club-based tennis.

This role will focus on the Southern region of NSW, including areas such as Shoalhaven, Kiama, Goulburn, Snowy Monaro, Shellharbour, Wingecarribee.
