The Development Manager is responsible for leading and executing key fundraising initiatives for the Cardinals Foundation. This role will manage individual and corporate donor relationships, oversee donor communications and stewardship, and drive the success of fundraising campaigns and events. This position plays a central role in expanding our donor base and sustaining the financial health of the Foundation. 

Primary Job Duties: 

The Development Manager, Cardinals Foundation will have the daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:

• Cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
• Manage the execution of annual fundraising campaigns.
• Develop and manage a donor moves management strategy to deepen engagement and increase giving levels.
• Coordinate with leadership on major donor and sponsorship strategies.
• Lead the planning and execution of select fundraising events.
