Basic Function: Assist in the development and execution of programming that promotes the growth of youth and high school football, flag football, and coaching education.

• Coordinate and execute all aspects of the Houston Texans NFL FLAG program
• Coordinate the growth and development of Texans Flag League partnerships
• Assist with the development of female flag football programming
• Maintain elementary and middle school flag football database.
