The PLL is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to help our team as a Customer Experience Associate during the holiday season from Late October 2024 to January 1, 2025. The ideal candidate will have prior experience providing exceptional service to our customers, answering questions about our products and services, processing orders and transactions, and resolving issues and technical problems. 

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience working in within e-commerce space
• 1+ years of experience working in customer service and fulfillment operations
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and execute against deadlines
• A love for customer service/delivering a world class experience
