The CRM & Learning Development Manager is a full-time, exempt position responsible for managing USA Pickleball’s internal CRM systems and partnering with all departments to execute a data-driven growth strategy. This role focuses on the implementation and integration of the CRM system, organizational reporting, and development of data processes to support staff in managing stakeholder relationships. In addition, the CRM & Learning Development Manager will oversee Learning Management System (LMS) administrative duties, including course content development.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM System Management:

  • Develop and implement CRM service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Serve as the organization's CRM system expert and administrator, troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Lead the day-to-day reporting for all departments, focusing on stakeholder acquisition and retention (members, sponsors, ambassadors, volunteers).
  • Build out department dashboards to provide real-time status updates and analytics.
