The Akron RubberDucks (Double A Affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians) are searching for a Coordinator, Food & Beverage to join their team. This Full-Time position will assist in leading and managing the concessions operation for all Akron RubberDucks home games and will also assist in the execution of Special Events on non-game days. This position will report directly to the Assistant Director, Food & Beverage.
 
Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting and supporting the daily operation of the Food & Beverage department striving to meet and exceed performance and financial goals. 
• Responsible for developing, practicing, and promoting Akron RubberDucks company culture with a direct focus on fan experience and customer service.
