The CRM Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of our Salesforce environment and Account Engagement operations. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Marketing to help create, develop, and implement processes, as well as provide end user support to our Ticketing, Corporate Partnership, Nationals Park Events, and Ballpark Tours teams. Additionally, this role will support email automation efforts as needed.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work alongside manager as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment
- Assist with all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Onboard and train new users on how to navigate through the platform and promote best practices
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to all users, addressing issues, and ensuring smooth CRM operation
