This position will work with Team Dining staff to produce high quality meals for athletes and staff of the Jaguars organization. The individual in this role will follow guidelines and specifications set forth by our Sous Chef and Executive Chef. This role will rely heavily on culinary skills to play a critical role maintaining and enhancing consumer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.
- Help with the preparation and design of all food and drink menus.
- Able to stand for a long period of time.
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards.
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situations.
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
