An opportunity has arisen to join the Composite Laminating department on a Fixed Term Contract until end of April 2026. This role is early/lates, however please mention upon application if you're open to any alternate shift patterns.

About the Role:

• Day to day laminating and bagging of semi/structural composite components to the required production targets.

• Supporting the Team Leaders in their roles as required.

• Responsible for maintaining good quality of components throughout its production.

• Working safely, liaising with Team Leaders to ensure all tasks are carried out promptly with the latest Health and Safety requirements.

• Identifying potential problems in manufacture of components, to minimise delays/ errors in production.
