Good education background with a minimum of five GCSEs or equivalent.

A minimum of UKCC Level 2 Certificate in Coaching – Cycling.

Relevant knowledge and experience of sports development, including club and coach development.

Significant expertise in sports coaching; establishing, delivering and coordinating coaching programmes and sessions for participants.

Experience of coaching in a wide range of environments including schools, clubs, purpose-built facilities and community settings.

Excellent planning and organisational skills.

Ability to work efficiently on own initiative and to maintain a high standard of work under pressure.
