Essendon District Football League (EDFL), and the Northern Football Netball League (NFNL) will each appoint a Club Development Lead (“CDL”) who will work collaboratively with AFL Victoria and their affiliated clubs to help make it easier for local club volunteers to have self-sustainable quality practices in place that lead to consistent quality experiences for all people connected to local clubs across each League.

Essential Requirements

• Sports Management / Business Degree
• Relevant Coaching Accreditation
• National Police / Criminal History Check
• Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
• Drivers Licence
