The objective of the Club Commercial Manager is to work closely with NBL Clubs to help them grow their commercial revenues. 

Reporting to the Chief Fans, Clubs, and Strategy Officer, you will:

Commercial Strategy & Analysis

• Lead comprehensive asset valuation and benchmarking across clubs
• Create and distribute industry trend reports and best practice insights
• Develop tailored commercial strategies for each club's unique market
• Conduct financial modeling across key revenue centers

Revenue Growth & Optimization

• Identify and execute revenue opportunities through strategic asset bundling
• Optimize non-core assets including digital platforms and community initiatives
• Create professional sales materials and asset packs to support club partnerships
• Analyze and optimize Venue Hire Agreements to maximize returns
