Set on the stunning Mornington Peninsula, Boneo Park is renowned for its international-standard equestrian events, premium agistment services, high-performance training programs, and breathtaking natural surrounds.

Now under the ownership of Duncraig Capital, this next phase offers significant opportunity for growth and innovation. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational performance of the business, leading a passionate and skilled team to deliver outstanding experiences for riders, visitors, sponsors, and the local community.

Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets and business planning, building and nurturing key stakeholder relationships, driving commercial outcomes, and maintaining the highest standards of horse care and customer service. The role will also lead the expansion of Boneo Park’s event calendar, programs, and commercial partnerships.

This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader with experience in business operations, venue or sport management, or a related industry.
