The Broadcast & Media Relations Intern will support the Wind Surge Marketing & Public Relations team throughout the season. The position will include both game day and non-game day event duties. The ideal candidate is a strong, energetic communicator with the ability to work in a team environment, have an eagerness to learn, and possess the flexibility to adapt to what each day brings with a positive attitude. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of game broadcasts
• Help with media relations efforts, including compiling press materials, media lists, and assisting with press releases and game notes
• Support the team’s social media efforts by capturing content and coordinating real-time game coverage
• Assist in organizing and conducting interviews with players, coaches, and staff for media and content purposes
• Help manage the team’s website and digital platforms by ensuring timely and accurate updates
• Gain hands-on experience with media equipment, broadcast software, and media operations in a professional sports environment
