The Slammers are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated college students to be a part of the 2025 season. As an intern, you will obtain first-hand experience in the ticket operations of a professional baseball franchise. A box office intern would primarily be focused on ensuring the Slammers fans have a wonderful experience by providing excellent customer service & engaging with fans throughout the season via ticket sales, theme nights, community outreach, and other opportunities across the organization!

Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Represent the Joliet Slammers organization, partners, and sponsors with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm at all times.
Provide excellent customer service to all patrons.
Planning and executing all aspects of ticket sales and associated tasks.
Display outstanding teamwork, communication skills, and an energetic personality.
Willingness to put yourself out there and promote confidence.
