The Muskegon Lumberjacks of the United States Hockey League (USHL) are seeking an Athletic Trainer for the 2025-26 season. The Athletic Trainer will play a key role in developing elite athletes who are committed to excellence on and off the ice. This position requires extensive interaction with coaches, staff, players, and other rink personnel. The Athletic Trainer is expected to provide medical services at all practices and games, both home and away. The position would be effective immediately.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate all medical services and provide day-to-day coverage for a Tier I Junior hockey team.
• Responsible for the prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of all injuries and illnesses under the direction of team physicians and other medical professionals as needed.
• Update and communicate with the Coaching Staff regarding player injuries, conditions, and recovery status.
• Communicate and coordinate with team medical personnel to ensure proper care for the health and well-being of all athletes.
