As a member of the Growth Team, the Athlete Recruiter plays a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting campers to attend Academy Camps. They determine an athlete’s potential for our program and will provide information about the program to the parents and their athletes. Recruiters will invite families to information sessions and one-on-one calls with our Executive Director and/or Director of Growth. As a freelance position, the Athlete Recruiter has the opportunity to build their own schedule and create their own outreach strategies - with the support of our team’s insights and toolkit resources.
