Under the direction of the Manager, Product, the Associate Product Developer is responsible for the design, development, and execution of merchandise for Tournament and non-Tournament merchandise, to include working with domestic suppliers for procurement while maintaining the confidentiality of all Club business.

Essential Functions of the Job

• Development and designs for product categories from concept to packaging while maintaining the product development timeline
• Keeps within the brand essence and identifies, monitors, and studies global fashion trends that will be translated into innovative and appealing product initiatives that can be successfully and profitably commercialized and produced
• Understands and assists with the elements of cost of goods that include base cost, duty, freight, and art as they relate to the financial plans
• Under the direction of the Manager, Product, negotiates favorable terms and pricing
