The Associate Producer is responsible for capturing, editing and producing high-quality video content to be used on the USA Swimming Network and social channels. The Associate Producer will play an important role in supporting the Network and associated revenue goals by creating engaging and innovative recurring content series for swimming and sports fans. 
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Film and produce high-quality, edited long-form and short-form video content for the USA Swimming Network.
• Identify and create compelling video clips for Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube to promote content on the USA Swimming Network.
• Maintain a working knowledge of trends in the creator economy and implement best practices across video production and marketing promotions.
• Develop and pitch new content ideas and video series.
• Operate camera systems and filming equipment to capture video and photo content.
• Collaborate with Manager, Marketing to design video release schedules that align with USA Swimming’s overall video strategy and supports revenue goals.
