The LADF Associates Program is designed to further support the mission of LADF by assisting with the foundation’s work across all of its functional areas: development, programs, operations and game day. Associates also actively engage with the local community and expand the reach of the organization’s impact throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.

The LADF Associates Program is a highly competitive, paid, year-long program designed to provide college, graduate, and recent graduate students with both professional and personal development in a nonprofit sports team foundation setting. Alongside LADF's staff, Associates work across all LADF’s departments, gaining insight into its programs, development, operations and game-day activities.
