As Assistant Manager, Security, you will work closely with the Director, Security and Fan Experience to plan, implement, and update standard operating procedures and emergency action plans with a strong focus on safety and security. You will serve as a key point of contact for security-related matters during games and events held at Sutter Health Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, and implementing programs to ensure the safety and security of all Sutter Health Park guests, employees, players, public officials, and clients
• Help determine staffing hours and required personnel for games and events
• Assist with reconciling payroll hours for security personnel
• Support management for all aspects of event and building security, emergency preparedness, and risk management
