Eastleigh Swim Club (ESC) based in Hampshire is looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and committed person to join us as our new Assistant Head Coach.

ESC  is a well-established and friendly SwimMark-accredited club based at Places Leisure in Eastleigh, with additional sessions run at Oaklands Community Pool in Southampton. We operate an integrated development programme which starts with our swim school and produces swimmers who have competed at County, Regional and National levels. Our Masters programme, successfully running for a year, is one of our club's exciting developments. With 18 active swimmers, we are keen to further integrate the Masters group into the club’s activities, building on their recent participation in our Club Championships and aiming for county and national competitions in the future.

Our club is looking for an ambitious and committed person to assist our Head Coach in leading the team, and in return offers a genuine opportunity for the right candidate to play a major role in shaping its future.
