The Quad Cities River Bandits are the High-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals.
 
The River Bandits are looking to hire an Assistant General Manager (AGM) tasked with helping run the day-to-day operations of the organization and overseeing the organization’s sales efforts. Our new AGM will be a key part of the executive team leading the River Bandits’ front office. 

Primary Job Duties Include but are not Limited to:

• Increase revenue through ticket sales and corporate partnerships
• Manage ticket sales, employees, and systems
• Communicate with clients 
• Coordinate with multiple departments for execution of client needs
• Ensure that customer service and experience are top priorities 
• Encourage and instill top level customer service in employees
