The Equipment Assistant for Charlotte Football Club is an integral member of the Club’s technical staff.  Our success relies heavily on the established relationships and the dedication of our equipment staff and the team’s staff and players. The Equipment Assistant will work alongside the Equipment Manager and to setup all aspects of equipment for Charlotte FC including but not limited to inventory management, daily set-up, and breakdowns, and packing of equipment for all training sessions and matches.  This position is notably an everyday, high visibility role and as such requires someone that is passionate and committed to providing day in and day out support to Charlotte FC’s players and coaches. The ideal candidate strives for perfection and actively looks for ways to improve the daily experience for our club whether at a training session or a match.
