Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work alongside Head Coach & General Manager to Create & implement IDP's
• Assist with opposition analysis, tactical planning & training preparation
• Organize and lead second team to mimic upcoming opposition for game preparation
• Conduct individual video meetings with players and related to club game model 
• Assist in planning, and running attacking and defending restart training
• Help design and coordinate daily training sessions in line with methodology and game model
• Assist Head Coach with match day planning, delivery, and post-match review
• Assist Head Coach with post-game analysis & review
